If the radius of a tyre is 7 cm, what distance will it travel in 50 rotations ?

Soln:- Here, the radius of the tire (r)=7cm

So ,The distance covered by the tire in one rotation= The circumference of the tire

=2πr=2×(22/7)×7=44cm

Hence, The distance covered by the tire in 50 rotation=44×50cm=2200/100m=22m Ans.
