If the radius of cylinder is doubled and height is halved then show that the volume will be doubled

vol=πr 2h

If radius doubled and heighthalved

New vol=π(2r) 2xh/2 = 4 πr 2h / 2

= 2πr 2h

so volume is doubled-Ans
