Let the radius of original cylinder br 'r'
New radius= (r/2)
So, Volumes= pi*r2*h
and pi*(r/2)2*h
Ratio= pi*r2*h/pi*(r2/4)*h
=> r2/(r2/4)
=> r2*(4/r2)
=> 1/4
