Height = h

Volume = πr²h

Case-2

radius = 2r

height = h/2

volume = π(2r)²*h/2

            = 2πr²h

So, the ratio of the volumes_

πr²h : 2πr²h

= πr²h/2πr²h

= 1/2

= 1:2

So, the ratio is 1:2.
