If the radius of the earth becomes half of the
present radius then the mass will become 1/8th.
What will be the g of this earth of half the
shape?

Since g is directly proportional to mass of body.

Hence since mass becomes (1/8)th then g also becomes (1/8)th.

So new g = g/8
