Yes if the radius of wire is doubled the resistance will also be affected.

R=K l/A

R1=K l/πr^2

When radius is doubled then

R2=K l/π(2r)^2

R2= K l/4 πr^2

R2/ R1 = (K.l.πr^2)/(K.l.4πr^2) = 1/4

Therefore if radius of wire is doubled then the resistance will get one fourth of the former value.
