One hectares= 10000 m²= 100000000 cm²Area of field is 8 Hectare = 8*100000000=800000000 cm²Volume of rain fall in the field = Area* 5 cm = 4000000000 cm²                   one liter = 1000 cm²Hence qty of water = 4000000000/1000=4000000 ltrField is filled with 4000000 liters of water.
