If the rate of simple interest is 12% per annum, then what is the amount that would fetch interest of ₹ 6000 per annum?​

Answer:

6000 = 12% x (X)

6000 = 12/100 x (X)

6000 x 100/12 = (X)

X = ₹ 50,000

Here P=Rs6000,T=1 year,R=12%

S.I=PTR/100

=6000×1×12/100

=72,000/100

=Rs720

A=P+S.I

=6000+720

=6720 (Ans)
