Let the length and breadth be b
Perimeter=2(l+b)
according to 1st condition
l/2(l+b)=1/3
3l=2(l+b)-------------------------------(i)
according to 2nd condition
b/2(l+b)=1/6
6b=2(l+b)---------------------(ii)
dividing eqn (ii) by (i) we get
6b/3l=1
2b=l-------------------(iii)
Area=l x b
ratio of length to area=l/l x b=2b/2bxb=1/b
as neither length or breadth is given... so the ratio cant be determined..
