Therfore
d₁:d₂=3:7
so, ratio of their volume:
V=(4/3)πr₁³/(4/3)πr₂³;
   =r₁³/r₂³= (d₁/d₂)³= (3/7)³= 27/343=27:343
the ratio of thei surface area:
As=4πr₁²/4πr₂²;
    =r₁²/r₂²= (d₁/d₂)²= (3/7)²= 9/49=9:49
