It is given that the ratio of the height to the radius of a cone is 3:4.

Let the height and radius of the cone be 3x and 4x respectively and let the slant height be l.

∴Ratio of radius to slant height would be 4x:l

But l²=h²+r²

⇒(3x)²+(4x)²

⇒9x²+16x²

⇒25x²

l=√25x²

l=25x

∴Ratio of radius to slant height is 4x:25x which is 4:25.

mutantmax24: Sorry, l=5x
mutantmax24: Therefore, the ratio is 4:5.
