Rahul's wife's age = W + 7 = 23 + 7 = 30 years

According to the question, we get the equation as:

$\implies \frac{R \:+ \:7 }{30} = \frac{7}{6}$

$\implies 6(R \:+\:7) = 7 \times 30$

$\implies R = \frac{168}{6}$
