According to question
Area1 : Area2 = 9 : 1
Let the side of squares be a and b
a^2 /b^2 = 9/1
=> (a/b) ^2 = 9/1
=> a/b = 3/1
=> 4a/4b = 3/1
Perimeter of square 1 : Perimeter of square 2
= 3:1

Hope it will help you.....
