if the ratio of the length to the breadth of a rectangle with 5 ratio 3 and its perimeter is 144 find the length of the rectangle

Let,  length be 5x  Breadth be 3x  According to question  2(5x+3x) = 144 16x = 144  X = 144÷16 x=9 5x= 45 3x=27

16x=144
x=9
length = 5x=5×9=45
breadth=3x=3×9=27
