Hey

Here is your answer,

let the length be 5x and breadth be 3x

2 (l+b) = 144
5x + 3x = 72
8x = 72
X = 9

Length = 5x
= 5 x 9
= 45

Breadth = 3x
= 3 x 9
= 27

Hope it helps you!

Hiii!!!

Here's Ur answer...

Let the Length and breadth of the rectangle be 5x and 3x.

Given perimeter of the rectangle = 144m

Therefore 2 ( l + b ) = 144m

==> 2 ( 5x + 3x ) = 144m

==> 8x = 144/2

==> 8x = 72

==> x = 72/8

==> x = 9

Hence, length of the rectangle = 5x

= 5 × 9

= 45m

Breadth of the rectangle = 3x

= 3 × 9

= 27m

Hope this helps..!!
