\mathbb{ SOLUTION} :

Given :
Ratio of length and breadth of rectangle is 5:3
And perimeter of the rectangle is 144 m

Let,
length be 5x m
breadth be 3x m

We know that,
Perimeter of rectangle = 2(length + breadth)

=> 144 = 2(5x + 3x)

=> 144 = 2(8x)

=> 144 = 16x

=> \frac{144}{16} = x

=> 9 = x

Hence,
length of the rectangle = 5x = 5*9 = 45m
and
breadth of the rectangle = 3x = 3*9 = 27m

Let the length be 5x And breadth is 3x

Perimeter = 2(Length + Breadth)
144 = 2(5x + 3x) \\  \frac{144}{2}  = 8x \\ 8x = 72 \\ x =  \frac{72}{8}  \\ x = 9 \\ so \: length \:  = 5 \times 9 = 45m \\ and \: breadth \:  = 3 \times 9 = 27m
Hope it helps you
