if the ratio of the masses of two planets is 8:3 and the ratio of their diameters are 2:3 then what will be ratio of their accelelaration due to gravity..??

m1/m2 = 8/3
d1/d2 = 2/3
r1/r2 = 2/3
r2/r1 = 3/2


g1/g2 = (Gm1)×r2^2/(Gm2)×r1^2
= m1×r2×r2/m2×r1×r1
= (m1/m2) × (r2/r1) × (r2/r1)

= (8/3)×(3/2)×(3/2)
= 36/6
=6

therefore g1:g2 = 6:1
