 \frac{tsa}{csa}  \:  =  \:  \frac{5}{3}  \\   \frac{2\pi r(r + h)}{2\pi \: rh}   =  \frac{5}{3}  \\  \frac{r + h}{h}  =  \frac{5}{3}  \\

here r is 12 cm

 \frac{12 + h}{h}  =  \frac{5}{3} \\ 36 + 3h = 5h \\ h = 18cm

so, the height of cylinder is 18 cm
