Answer: potential difference for 1st=4V

we know that,

Resistance for the 1st will be,

4V=IR (R is the resistance of the 1st)

R=4V/I

Now resistance for the 2nd will be,

6V=IR' (R' is the resistance of the 2nd)

R'=6V/I

Therefore the ratio of the radius will be,

R/R'=4V/I/6V/I

=4V/6V

=4/6

=2/3
