the incident ray will make an angle of 60 degree with the normal

this is because of the law of reflection according to which

THE ANGLE OF REFLECTION IS ALWAYS EQUAL TO THE ANGLE OF INCIDENCE

There is one more law you should know about that is

THE INCIDENT RAY, THE NORMAL RAY AND THE REFLECTED RAY , ALL LIE ON THE SAME PLANE .
