Hey Buddy

Here's The Answer

-------------------------------------------------

=> At hundreds place :- We have 4 possibilities ( 1, 2, 3, 4 ), we haven't counted 0 in it as 0 will have no value at hundreds place and the number will become a 2 digit number.

Suppose we used 1 at hundreds place.

=> At tens place :-We have 4 possibilities ( 0, 2, 3, 4 ), we haven't included 1 as we have used it before, so no number will be repeated.

suppose we used 2 at tens place.

=> At once place :- We have 3 possibilities ( 0, 3, 4 )

Now total number can be formed

=> 4 × 4 × 3

=> 48 numbers.

Hope It Helps.
