TO DETERMINE

If the replacement set is the set of integer lying between -3 and 10 , final solution set of

 \sf{14 - 5x \geqslant 3x - 40}

Also represent solution set on number line

EVALUATION

Here the given inequality is

 \sf{14 - 5x \geqslant 3x - 40}

We know solve it

 \sf{ - 5x - 3x \geqslant  - 40 - 14}

 \sf{  \implies \: - 8x \geqslant  - 54}

 \sf{  \implies \:  8x  \leqslant 54}

 \displaystyle \sf{  \implies \:  x  \leqslant  \frac{54}{8} }

 \displaystyle \sf{  \implies \:  x  \leqslant  6.75}

Now in the given range the solution set is

S = { - 2 , - 1 , 0 , 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 }
