To Find : value of 2a

Solution:

roots of the quadratic equation ax² +6x +3= 0 are equal

=> D = 0

=> 6² - 4(a)(3) = 0

=> 36 - 12a = 0

=> 3 - a = 0

=> 3 = a

a = 3

=> 2a = 6

Value of 2a  = 6
