Answer:

let \: b \:  \: earns = 100 \\ then \: a \: will \: earn \: 27.27\% \: more \: than \: b \\ therefore \: a \: will \: earn = (100 + 27.27)\% = 127.27\% \\then \:   present \: difference \: between \: a \: and \: b \: sallery =  (\frac{127.27 - 100}{127.27} ) \times 100 \\  = ( \frac{27.27}{127.27} ) \times 100 \\  =  \frac{2727}{127.27}  = 21.43 \: \% \\ hence \: b \: earns \: 21.43\% \:  \: less \: than \: a
