Answer: 20%

Explanation:

Let cost price of 1 mango be x and selling price of 1 mango be y

We know that

12x = 10y ⇒ 6x = 5y

⇒ y/x = 6/5

Profit percentage = Profit/CP × 100% = (SP - CP)/CP × 100%

= (SP/CP - 1) × 100% = (y/x - 1) × 100% = (6/5 - 1) × 100%

= 100/5 % = 20%

Answer:

20 %

Step-by-step explanation:

selling price of 10 mangoes = cost price of 12 mangoes

let the cost price of 1 mango be x

therefore cost price of 1 mango = (12/10 x)

profit = sp -cp

if sp = cp

then 12 - 10

= 2

profit % =2/10*100

therefore profit % =20%
