If the shodow of a tower in 30 m long when the sun's elevation is 30°
what is the length of the
shadow when sun's elevation is 60°
. ?

tan 60= p/b

√3=p/30+x

tan 30=p/b

1/√3=p/30

so by equating p.

30/√3=(30+x).√3

30=90+3x

x=-20m
