A rhombus is special case of parallelogram

So, Area of rhombus= Altitude×side= 24cm²

Let a be the other diagonal, then

Area of Rhombus= (1/2) × d1 × d2

24=(1/2) ×8 × a

a =6 cm
Hence the other diagonal is of 6cm.
