Heya mate,
here is your answer,
_____________

Let the sides of a triangle be 5x m ,12x m and 13x m.

Since, perimeter is the sum of all the sides,
5x+12x+13x= 450
⇒30x = 450
or, x = 450/30 = 15

The  lengths of the sides are:
a=5×15= 75 m
b=12×15= 180m
c=13×15= 195 m

Semiperimeter (s) of the triangle =
 \frac{perimeter}{2} = \frac{75 + 180 + 195}{2} = \frac{350}{2} = 175 m
