Answer:

5x +12x + 13x = 450 \\ 30x = 450 \\ x = 450 \div 30 \\ x = 15 \\ so \\ 5x = 5 \times 15 \\  = 45 \\ 12x = 12 \times 15  \\  = 180 \\ 13x = 13 \times 15 \\  = 195

Explanation:

13x + 12x + 5x = 450

=> 30x = 450

=> x = 15

Side 1= 13 x 15 = 195m

Side 2 = 12 x 15 = 180 m

Side 3 = 5 x 15 = 75 m

Area:- s = 195+180+75/2

= 450/2

= 225 m

A =  \sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c}

=\sqrt{225(225-195)(225-180(225-75)}

 \sqrt{225(30)(45)(150)}

 \sqrt{45562500}

= >6750 square metres
