= 12x = 144 m
x = 144/12
x = 12.

5x= 5× 12 = 60m
☆ Area of Traingle
( using heron's formula)
= root of [ s (s-a) (s-b) (s-c) ]
s = 144/2 = 72m
= root of [ 72 (72-36) (72-48) (72-60) ]
= root of [ 72×36×8 ]
root of [ 2×2×2×3×3×2×2×3×3×2×2×2
= 2×3×2×3×2×2
= 144 m^2 is the area.
