Heya,
Here's your answer.
》》》》》》》》》》

☆ Let the sides be 3x, 4x, 5x

☆ Perimeter = 3x + 4x + 5x = 144m
= 12x = 144 m
x = 144/12
x = 12.

☆ Sides are :
3x = 3×12= 36m
4x = 4×12 = 48m
5x= 5× 12 = 60m

☆ Area of Traingle
( using heron's formula)
= root of [ s (s-a) (s-b) (s-c) ]
s = 144/2 = 72m

= root of [ 72 (72-36) (72-48) (72-60) ]
= root of [ 72×36×8 ]
root of [ 2×2×2×3×3×2×2×3×3×2×2×2
= 2×3×2×3×2×2
= 144 m^2 is the area.

Hope it helps...
