Simple interest ( case II) = P×R×T/100

⇒2160 × R × 73/365 × 1/100

ATQ

1080 × 5 × 143/365 × 1/100 = 2160 × R × 73/365 × 1/100

⇒ R = 1080 × 5 × 143/365 × 1/100 × 1/2160 × 365/73 ×100

⇒R = 5%
