NO , THERE IS NO NEED TO MEASURING THE CYLINDER
WHEN A SOLID CYLINDER IS SOLUBLE IN WATER THEN THE QUANTITY OF WATER WHICH COME OUT FROM THE CONTAINER ... JUST BY TAKING WEIGHT OF THE WATER YOU CAN FIND THE VOLUME OF SOLID CYLINDER
