Hey Friend ☺

The speed of a man is 45 km/hr

45 km/hr = 45 × 5/18 m/s

= 5 × 5/2

= 25/2

He travelled for 30 seconds

Distance = speed × time

= 25/2 × 30

= 25 × 15

= 375 m

So he covers 375 m in 30 seconds

Hope it helps you. ..!!
