We have,

Hypotenuse of right angled isosceles triangle = h =
1250 {cm}^{2}

we know, in case of isosceles triangles p = b.

thus,

 {p}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  =  {h}^{2}  \\  =  > 2 {p}^{2}  = 1250 \\  =  >  {p}^{2}  = 625 \\  =  > p =  \sqrt{625 }  \\  =  > p = 25cm \\  =  > b = 25cm

Thanks

Answer:

25 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

isosceles triangle

⇒ the length of the 2 legs are equal

Define x:

let the length of the leg be x

Solve x:

x² + x² = 1250

2x² = 1250

x² = 625

x = √625

x = 25 cm

Answer: The length of each leg is 25 cm
