Heya mate here is your solution...

 \sqrt{ \frac{196}{x}  \times  \frac{900}{x} }  = 4 \\   \frac{14}{ \sqrt{x} }  \times  \frac{30}{ \sqrt{x} }  = 4 \\    \frac{14 \times 30}{x}  = 4 \\  x =  \frac{14 \times 30}{4}  =  \frac{420}{4}  = 105
Hope you will understand........

Hello!
Here is your answer

  \sqrt{196 \div x \times 900 \div x}  = 4
 \sqrt{x}  \times  \sqrt{y}  =  \sqrt{xy}
 \sqrt{ \frac{196}{x} }  \times  \sqrt{ \frac{900}{x} }  = 4
 \sqrt{ \frac{14 {}^{2} }{x} }  \times  \sqrt{ \frac{30 {}^{2} }{x} }  = 4
  \frac{14}{ \sqrt{x} }  \times  \frac{30}{ \sqrt{x} }  = 4
 \frac{420}{x}  = 4
x = 420 \div 4
x = 105
