The ISI mark is mandatory for certifying products to be sold in India, like many of the electrical appliances viz; switches, electric motors, wiring cables, heaters, kitchen appliances etc., and other products like portland cement, LPG valves, LPG cylinders, automotive tyres etc. But in the case of most other products it is voluntary......

It is not compulsory for all the producers to follow such standards and get certificates. Products which largely effects health and safety of consumers or which are of mass consumption it is mandatory on the part of the producers to get certified by these organisations.

Hope this helps uh

ISImark assures the quality of the electronic goods and goods which can cause accidents if the goods had lack of safety norms so like gas oven ,induction ,and many more .

Where as,

Agmark–assres the quality of agricultural product.

We can get these products without it, which are are generally substandard as they are not govt. Registered product which we can get in small shops or on the streets which are of generally low cost and not packeged.so,male sure you not buy them......

Hope you like it .....

Please please please mark it brainliest ☺☺☺☺☺☺
