There is no justfied answer to it .It doesn't necessarily mean that if star represent a country it is night or day , considering the fact that stars are seen at night, through they are always present but can be seen only at night . Day and night is a concept that every country follow no matter how days it may take to have a sun rise or sunset , especially in the areas near the pole. Therefore, star representing a country is not related to the night or the morning. So ,you can't know whether it is day or night on the basis of the stars representing the country.
