Let 1st Multiple of 4=x

Then 2nd Multiple of 4=x+4

Then 3rd Multiple=x+8

Then 4th Multiple=x+12

Then 5 th Multiple=x+16

Then 6th Multiple=x+20

(Why We Add 4 to each Multiple.
As Multiple of 4 always increase by 4.
Like=4
Next=4+4=8)

Sum of This Digit=18

Then,

x+x+4+x+8+x+12+x+16+x+20=18

6x+60=18

6x=18-60

6x=-42

x=\frac{-42}{6}

x=-7

1st Number=x=-7

2nd Number=x+4=-7+4=-3

3rd Number=x+8=-7+8=1

4th Number=X+12=-7+12=5

5th Number=X+16=-7+16=9

6th Number=X+20=-7+20=13

Now 3rd Number=1

4th Number=5

Sum=1+5=6
