Sn=3n²+5n
S₁=3(1)²+5(1)
=3+5
=8............= a
S₂=3(2)²+5(2)
=12+10
=22
so on subtracting S₂-S₁=A₂
22-8
=14
So∴
a=8
d=A₂-A₁
=14-8
=6
So nth term is
An=a+(n-1)d
=8+(n-1)6
=8+6n-6
=2+6n
