if the sum of first n terms of an ap be 3n²-n and it's common difference is 6, then it's 1st term​

Answer:

Given the general term of Sn = 3n²-n

So to find the 1st term, put n = 1

=> n = 1 gives, S1 = 3(1)²-1 = 3-1 = 2

Hence the sum of 1st term is 1st term itself

so the 1st term is 2.
