Let LCM be L
and HCF be H

L + H = 1260 ..(1)
L - H = 900. ..(2)

Add (1) and (2)
2L = 2160

>>L = 1080

put in (2)

1080- H = 900

>> H = 180

We know that

Product of two numbers = LCM * HCF
Product = 1080*180= 194400

hence option (b) is correct
