sum of 5 terms will be

=3×5×5 + 25

=100

sum of 6 terms will be

3×6×6+ 5×6

=108+30= 138

so 6th term will be

sum of 6 terms - sum of 5 terms

138-100=. 38

thus sixt term is 38

this is better and shorter than upper method
