first term = sum of first 1 term

 = 3 + 4  (replace p by 1)

               = 7

Sum of first 2 terms =( 3×2²) + (4×2)

                                 = 12 + 8

                                 = 20

so second term = sum of first two terms -  first term

                          = 20 -7

                          = 13

common difference = second term - first term

                                 = 13 - 7

                                 = 6

so nth term = first term + (n-1) common difference

                   = 7+(n-1) 6

                   = 6n + 1
