If the sum of the interior angles of a polygon differ by 540 then the no..of sides in the polygon is??

sum of all the interior angles of a polygon =(n-2)180

540 = (n-2)180. (n = number of sides)

540/180 = n-2

3 = n-2

3+2=n

n = 5

number of sides = 5

you can use other formula also (2n-4)
