Step-by-step explanation:

Let the roots be a and b

GIVEN: a+b=0

so b=-a

this means that a and -a are the roots of the equation

the equation is x²-x-π(2x-1)=0

=> x²-x-2πx-π=0

applying the roots

a²-a-2πa-π=0. --------(1)

and a²+a+2πa-π=0. --------(2)

now (2)-(1)

2a+4πa=0

2a(1+2π)=0

1+2π=0

so π = -1/2

else 2a=0

so a=0

now (1)+(2)

2a²-2π=0

a²=π

so π=0

so π=0 or π=-1/2

hope it helps you
