sum of zeros=-3/5. let the roots are a,b

where

ab=k/5

so a^2+b^2=11

(a+b)^2-2ab=11 so

(-3/5)^2-2k/5=11

so 9/25-2k/5=11

so2 k/5=(9/25)-11

2k/5=-266/25

so k=-133/5 ( answer)
