$-\frac{(2a+3)}{a+1} =-1\\ \\ \Rightarrow \frac{(2a+3)}{a+1} =1\\ \\\Rightarrow 2a+3 = a+1\\ \\\Rightarrow a=-2$

Product of zeroes = c/a
$\frac{3a+4}{a+1}= \frac{3 \times (-2)+4}{-2+1}= \frac{-2}{-1}=2$

Product of roots is 2.
