ky² +2y -3k=0

Sum of zeroes = -b/a

= -2/k

Product of zeroes = c/a

= -3k/k

=-3

ATQ

Sum of zeroes = 2(product of ZEROES)

-2/k = -6

-6k=-2

K=1/3
