Given sum of 3 consecutive numbers is 36.

Let the numbers be x, x + 1 & x + 2.

According to the question, we have

x + ( x + 1) + ( x + 2) = 36

x + x + 1 + x + 2 = 36

3x + 3 = 36

3 ( x + 1 ) = 36

x + 1 = 12

x = 11

Thus the numbers are 11, 12 and 13.
