⇒Let the No. Be yz

According to your question:

⇒yz + zy = 165

⇒10y + z + 10y+z = 165

⇒11y+ 11z  =  165

---------------------

Now Divide both sides with no. 11

⇒y + z   =  15 __________Equation(1)

⇒Also, y - z  = 3 ____________Equation(2)

By Equation 1 and Equation 2

⇒2y = 18  

⇒y   =  9  

⇒z   =  6

Therefore,number is 69 or 96
